I set up email and scan with all the servers, ports, and printer email and password. t worked as far as I could print via e-print. The last time I installed the printer, but HPs mart did not recognize I needed to install I am guessing I did not wipe everything off computer idk, but I over road this by manually downloading each part of the package separately if that make sense.
I have spent many hours installing, uninstalling start up -from HP smart for the HP Officejet pro 8610. My original post as I am not sure what category it ended up in?
